Vineyard2Door's software applications incorporate a Compliance Consultant function which provides the current status on all facets of wine regulations at the state and federal levels, and constantly monitors for regulatory changes which are immediately reflected on the Vineyard2Door web-based platform. Vineyard2Door's Compliance Consultant is a core element of the e-commerce, wine club and POS applications that automatically screens customer sales orders to assure they comply with applicable laws before the order is accepted. Vineyard2Door Compliance Consultant allows wineries to:

  1. Print reports for any and all states, including tracking of total sales volume into a state, total sales to an individual, verification of customers’ age, common carrier tracking numbers and other requirements to be fully compliant with state laws.
  2. Record and track existing winery licenses and receive automatic alerts when a license needs renewal.
  3. View state statutes and print forms necessary to license and be compliant in particular states.
